Researchers found that running or walking 3-4 times a week at a low to medium intensity for 30-40 minutes each time helps some people feel like they have more energy.

Types: Walking, jogging, running, other aerobic exercises, and lifting weights are helpful for some people for feeling more energy. Some people feel they have less energy after spending a lot of time sitting or lying down.

These healthy foods can include seafood, fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, olive oil, fish, peas, beans, poultry, dairy, and unprocessed meat.

Building relationships with caring people can help some people create social support. Spending time with other people can help many people build a social support network. Large and diverse social networks can help some people feel more resilience against loneliness.

Some people feel more aware of their own physical experiences after meditating. Some people feel meditation helps them have with lower stress levels. Some ways to meditate include using meditation apps and going on meditation retreats.
